Genecyst x.xx for DOS (works under Win9x): An awesome, and FAST Megadrive emulator. Perfect speed even on a P133, and with sound too!
 

Dragon Ball Z: Buu Yu Retsuden (1500k) (Fighting). Note: this game isn't itself as good as the SNES fighting games, but as the Megadrive emulators are currently much faster than the SNES ones, it is much more fun to play on a 133 mhz like my old computer. If you have a  200 mhz or better, you'll probably have more fun with the SNES games.
